The lessons are progressive, starting from simple jazz comping and improvising to articulated lines developed on standards of the jazz repertoire. Every video lesson is completed with a full transcription and assignments to do at your own pace. All the examples can be played on both upright bass and electric bass. All play along videos include a dedicated 10/15 minutes video lesson on harmonic and melodic analysis! With $15.99/month you can access to all the video already released and weekly new videos. This plan is designed for upright and electric bass players who prefer to learn the jazz language directly from playing, which in my opinion is a great way to learn this music. All the videos feature my bass lines an solos played on a selection of the most played standards and originals of the jazz repertoire. Every video is completed with a full transcription, a slow-down version to practice with if you are not familiar with music reading and a video lesson on harmonic analysis explaining the musical content used. Perfect alternative to private lessons to work on at your own time! Double bass or bass guitar players welcome. This plan is designed for bassists who prefer to study at their own time with personalized content and seek an alternative to the traditional private lessons. With the personal studio, you will upload a video every week for me to check on your progress and prepare for your next lesson. Additionally, you can propose topics of your interest for me to include in your study plan. All the video lessons are up to 15 minutes long and available to watch at any time on a your personal page.
